My fiancé, Derek, and I had been to a few different jewelers trying to find my engagement ring. We were both frustrated with the process, since all the jewelers we had spoken with basically said that they could not help us get the ring that we wanted. I went into Diamonds on the Avenue thinking that if I had a similar experience, I would have to give up on the ring I wanted and just get something else. I spoke with Lanette, who actually listened to what I wanted rather than simply trying to sell me things I didn't want, as the other jewelers had. Lanette produced the ring I described in minutes. She could not have been more kind and helpful to my fiancé and I. I only wish that we had gone to Diamonds on the Avenue first to avoid all the problems we had before that! Lanette deserves commendation for her high level of customer service and professionalism. We will most definitely be returning to Diamonds on the Avenue to purchase the rest of our wedding jewelry.

I wanted to take a few moments to thank all of the lovely ladies who did so much to help my fiance and I find the perfect ring. We looked for weeks at several different stores and did not recieve the level of customer service your store provides... THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!

My wife is an artist. I wanted to create something very different and unique from the everyday solitaire engagement ring. The staff at Diamonds on the Avenue helped me to create the perfect look. Not only did I choose a one of a kind setting, but the gorgeous blue diamond center takes every looker's breath away. Lifetime customer here!

"Diamonds On The Avenue is the ONLY place that I will buy my jewelry and I tell anyone that will listen the same! As a guy I already feel enough pressure when I shop but the last place I want to feel overwhelmed is when I'm making expensive & important purchases for the ones I love. The staff at Diamonds provides an comfortable non-pressure atmosphere that makes shopping actually fun! The entire staff is there to serve you and that's a feeling that you can only get at Diamonds. And it's start's at the top with Kevin & Margaret the owners. I love being able to walk into a business and seeing the owner's out talking with customers taking the time to let each and everyone know just how valuable their business is. A complete class act, and it is reflected throughout the entire staff! I could go on for days but I'll leave you with this: I'm getting prepared to make the biggest purchase of my life, and to show the one I love most that I want her to be at my side for the rest of my life. And Diamonds On The Avenue has been apart of it the entire way, and Kevin & Margaret will be on my list of people to call when she says 'Yes.'

It's funny. One of the great things about showing the rings to new people is in telling the story of how much fun it was working with you. People are so amazed with our rings ("Wow! How beautiful" is what we hear first). When they hear about how helpful, how knowledgeable, and how creative everyone was, not only with finding the perfect ring for her, but with helping create my gents ring for a perfect and unique set, they are absolutely impressed. What usually happens is that while she is busy showing off her ring (and beaming), the women lean over to me and pretend to whisper "You did a great job!". There is no way that I can take all the credit. Choosing Diamonds on the Avenue was the best thing I ever did in my search for the perfect wedding rings!

My husband bought my engagement ring from Diamonds on the Avenue and had bought be a diamond solitare because he knows how picky I am and wanted me to have the freedom to pick out a band that I loved. When it was time to get our bands I was having problems finding anything that jumped out at me. I had described what I had in mind to the girls and one day they called me to come in because they had an idea for me. They had just received in a new wrap that was along the lines of what I wanted, and since they knew that I was a huge fan of pink, showed me how they could add two pink saphires on each side of my diamond along with the wrap. It was more than I ever could have hoped to find. The girls took such good care of us, including helping my husband pick out the perfect band for himself. Since they would be pretty much building my ring for me they timed the work where I would only be without my ring for a couple of days before my wedding, and when I got the ring back it was breath taking. I have had so many raving compliments on it and women wanting to know where I got it from. It's the the totally unique "me" ring that I had my heart set on. The girls went over and beyond and the quality of the work was amazing. We will never stray from Diamonds on the Avenue!!
